As Passage plan is a plan so if anytime Deviation is required, Master and Bridge Team can take necessary steps and inform Company. 

Bridge Team meeting has to be conducted before departure from Port, so that bridge team is on a Same Platform and ERROR can be minimized. 

If any thing is not done as discussed in Bridge Team Meeting, so other crew and officer can question.
